Q. I read that a firm mattress is best for your back. Is this true?
A. Not according to doctors. There's nothing healthy about a hard bed. When a mattress surface doesn't yield to your body's curves and angles, it can't possibly provide the support you need to sleep soundly. When you lie on a hard mattress, you'll notice a pocket of space between your lower back and the mattress surface. This indicates that the mattress isn't working and your back isn't being supported. You'll toss and turn more during the night and wake up feeling stiff and sore.
Q. If I order my mattress today, when can I expect it to arrive?
A. Your mattress should arrive at your door within 2-7 business days. With our order confirmation number, you can track your package to get precise delivery information.
Q. I have a beautiful four-poster bed. Will a Myria mattress fit?
A. Absolutely. Myria Mattresses are standard sized and designed to work with your existing bedroom furniture.
Q. Do I need to buy special linens - like deep pocket fitted sheets or a mattress pad?
A. Your Myria mattress doesn't rely on a bulky, padded pillow-top to make it comfortable. Standard sheets will fit your Myria Magic (our 8” mattress) just fine. You’re likely to need a deep pocket sheet for your Myria Miracle (our 10” mattress). But check the dimensions of the sheets you are considering to be sure.
And you can get rid of your old mattress pad. Your Myria doesn't need one. In fact, we prefer you put sheets directly over your Myria mattress to allow our thermal-responsive memory material to be close to your body.
Q. Is the mattress cover washable?
A. Yes. Our covers unzip for easy removal and machine washing.
Q. I'm ordering this mattress for my elderly parents who live in another state. Will they be able to set it up?
A. Most people have no trouble setting up their Myria mattress upon delivery. If you think you'll need help, choose our White Glove delivery option. With this service, your new mattress will be set up and all packaging will be discarded. We can even dispose of your old mattress.
Q. What should I expect on my first Myria night?
A. Most of our customers love their Myria mattress from the very first night. For others, it can take a few nights to a few weeks to adapt to this remarkable new sleep experience. Either way, we encourage you to sleep on your Myria for at least two weeks to be sure it delivers the high-quality sleep you need.
Q. Do your mattresses require special care or a protective pad?
A. You'll never flip, turn or rotate a Myria mattress because there's no need for it. Each Myria comes with a cream color, zippered cover, which can be removed for easy washing. If you feel you need extra protection for your new mattress, the premium Protect-A-Bed® mattress protector includes the latest technology in barriers fabrics. It’s both waterproof and breathable. We love this mattress protector because it’s specially designed not to detract from the comfort and feel of the mattress.

Traditional box-springs are intended to pair with innerspring mattresses and don’t provide the firm, flat surface your Myria requires to perform optimally. All Myria performance testing has been conducted on our mattresses when used in conjunction with our foundations as a complete sleep system.
