Myria Mattress Warranty We back every Myria Mattress with a generous 10-year warranty. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your Myria doesn’t meet our stringent manufacturing standards, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it for up to ten years. Remember to use a proper foundation so that your mattress remains fully eligible for our warranty, detailed below. Myria Mattress warrants its mattresses for a prorated period of ten years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. Any defective mattress will be repaired, replaced or refunded, at our option. Any refund amount will be calculated by dividing the number of years you have owned the mattress by ten, then multiplying by the original purchase price. The warranty does not include variations from the length, height, or width specifications by less than one inch or deterioration of the mattress materials resulting in an indentation of less than one and one half (1.5) inches (as measured when placed on a flat surface). It is further understood that this warranty does not include normal increases in softness or a lessening of the gradual recovery aspect of the Myria material. The mattress warranty is void if the mattress was not used on a proper foundation, defined as a firm, flat surface. This warranty is void if the products have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear. The warranty shall not apply if the products have been physically damaged - including burns, cuts, water damage, and stains - or are otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. Myria Mattress warrants all of its pillows for three years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. Any defective pillow will be repaired, replaced or refunded, at our option.
